Order processing
We aim to prepare and ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days.
Please note that during Black Friday or Christmas, processing times may extend to up to 5 business days.
We appreciate your patience as we carefully pack and dispatch your order.
Shipping times
We have all our items in stock. We ship from the Netherlands. Standard delivery typically takes 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs
Free shipping is available on all UK order over £45, and EU orders over €50,
For orders under that amount, we unfortunately need to ask for a small shipping fee. Our shipping rates are added during check-out: £ 5,50 for UK, € 6,95 for EU.
Since we ship from the Netherlands, UK import tariffs may apply and are paid by the customer.

Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or stolen packages
Gobopp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the transport company and/or the local authorities.
Out of stock item process
In case of out-of-stock, Gobopp will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching. We will contact you via email should this ever be the case.
Import duty and taxes
Customers are responsible for settling import duties and taxes that may apply.
