Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include a proof of purchase.

Please note: any fees for insured shipping paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us right away at info@gobopp.com so we can assess the issue and make things right.

Returned items that do not meet our return requirements, or arrive in poor condition, may be declined at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Although GoBopp cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after shipping, we will try and assist you anywhere we can.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2 business days for processing. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Note that banks and credit card companies may take up to 10 business days to process and post refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
